Our Moms Meet Members have been sampling NeilMed products and what we love about the aspirator is the transparent design for easy inspection when cleaning. We also love that it can be used as a stand alone bulb aspirator, (just simply remove the tube. Although, the tube is great for those stubborn stuffy noses when baby needs help). The tip is the softest I have seen and felt, for gentle care. This is a great product that I wish I had with my two babies! Much better than the one they offer at the hospital.
