We have had a few taste testers over recently and most agree that these flavors and ingredients are great for toddlers to seniors, ideal for diabetics, or those lactose intolerant, great for an after workout treat, anyone and everyone, especially if you are tracking your food (which we should all do). A truly guilt-free treat without all the fat and calories! While some flavors may seem bland to the sugar addict, most flavors appeal to all and they easily satisfy a sweet tooth. We have sampled many flavors, and enjoyed most (it is worth the wait to thaw, or simply microwave).
